The LEGACY of Stages Pole Fitness is not only everyones continued passion for the sport, but the friendships made along the way. We know many of you have made lifelong friendships at our classes and that is incredibly special 💕

And I personally feel the luckiest for having these incredible women as my friends (as well as my team) and beyond SPF I believe we will still always be together 🧡❤️🩷🩵

Little shout out to mumma Copley for attending in my stead last night - some of our longer standing students will remember when she used to be at class every week. And Dadda Copley too for his help at all our of our showcases and for making the studio ceilings possible to pole on! Thank you both 🫶

I can't believe I'm saying this, but there's only 4 weeks left of Stages Pole Fitness 😭💔🫶🏽✨ For our final class were going to be hosting a 2 hour party - there will be pole games, challenges, photo opportunities and nibbles.

Were really hoping students (old and new!) will come and celebrate with us - as we've had 12 years of incredible moments and fun with you ALL 🥳

We've reduced the fee for this to £5 to ensure it's affordable for everyone, but to help us cover the studio hire. 🫶 please get booked on, we look forward to seeing you there!
