SG Coaching will be introducing our new 1-1 Strength for Triathletes and Runners.
These sessions will start in October, and coached by Shona.
We are very excited to be making some changes to our Gym/Spin studio over the next few weeks.
Look out for more information on these sessions, sessions will be limited to only a few sessions per week.

Swim Booking Policy

Due to high demand for swim slots and to ensure fair use for all, we are updating our cancellation policy.

Effective from 1st October:
Cancellations within 24 hours = 50% session fee applies.
Cancellations with 24+ hours notice = No charge.

No-shows will be charged at 100%.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible.
We appreciate your cooperation.
