Some people see Pilates as pointless as it’s slow, doesn’t burn lots of calories and can *sometimes 😅 feel relaxing but the truth is is that Pilates sets your body up for movement, it keeps your spine & joints healthy so you can take part in the Hyrox competitions, so you can lift the heavy weights & run that marathon without getting injured 🙏

Pilates was designed to keep your body healthy & moving with ease whether that is to support further training or just everyday life 🫶🏻

If the core is the powerhouse of the body then is the powerhouse of Pivotal 🔥 loyal, dedicated, kind & supportive are a just a few of the words I’d use to describe Liz.. you’ll find her arriving early to do her stretches.. staying after to try some crazy new move we’ve seen & the one who no one dares to mention THE SPLITS around! 🤭

Not only is Liz a dedicated client she is also someone who has been in my life for over a decade & has supported me & become someone I turn to for guidance (a lot 🫠) wouldn’t be what it is without her & I’m so lucky to have you in my life 🫶🏻

Laura, the best ice breaker, the one who puts people at ease instantly & the one who NEVER backs down from a challenge 🔥 I remember Laura’s very first class & if I’m being completely honest (& I have told her this 😆) I thought I would never see her again & I’m not exactly sure why 😅 but I couldn’t have been more wrong (thankfully!) & after a year together & 100+ classes Laura has come on strength after strength, her dedication to her practice has strengthened her core helping her back become stronger and less painful during core exercises & has mastered advanced movements such as Jackknife & Corkscrew with control and grace.. all while moaning at me the whole time 🤭 honestly I’m so so proud of how far you’ve come & now we’re bringing the Cadillac into it I can’t wait to see where we go next, a client that has turned into a true friend 🫶🏻
