The brand new pivot leg press from future gym equipment delivered early this morning. This is smooth as butter with being straight from the factory and such a nice movement all quad no pressure on the knees

For the 6-7am club at the gym in the morning (Friday) there’s a couple of pieces of kit moved out of place so just be aware as we are taking delivery of our brand new pivot leg press between 630-7am

There is minimal disruption but it will allow the gym equipment company to bring it in with minimal fuss

I’m also having the downstairs dual cables fully re-cabled this morning so they are fresh for everyone later as I noticed Monday some of the vinyl coating had come off

Wanna throw out congratulations to client Jodie who yesterday won both her classes in good lineups at the nabba north east show. I’m sure quite a few of you have seen her prancing round the house of iron on a weekend morning in heels and bikini while I’m sat there watching, thinking wtf is going on here 😂 it was all practice for yesterday. Incredible outcome for a very hard worker. Very proud day for both of us. Day out at the nabba British finals next
