Building the foundations with

When it comes to the leg press, especially for juniors, technique always comes first.
Why?

Because good form = better results + fewer injuries.
βœ”οΈ Protects knees and lower back
βœ”οΈ Targets the right muscles (quads, glutes, hamstrings)
βœ”οΈ Builds a strong foundation for future progress

Key cues I teach my juniors:
β€’ Feet shoulder-width, toes slightly out
β€’ Knees track over toes (no collapsing in)
β€’ Control the weight – no bouncing
β€’ Lower with control, keep your back flat
β€’ Don’t lock out at the top

Remember:
If you can’t control it, it’s too heavy.

One of the best exercises for building a strong, well-developed chest.

The flat dumbbell press targets the middle chest while also engaging the shoulders and triceps.

πŸ”₯ Benefits:
β€’ Builds chest strength and size
β€’ Improves muscle balance on each side
β€’ Greater range of motion than a barbell
β€’ Helps develop pressing power

βœ… How to perform:

1️⃣ Lie flat on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand
2️⃣ Start with dumbbells at chest level, palms facing forward
3️⃣ Press the weights up until your arms are nearly straight
4️⃣ Lower slowly and under control back to chest level
5️⃣ Repeat for 8–12 reps
