Whether you’re a first time parent or are looking for a refresher, this Birth Team Workshop offers a nurturing space for you and your partner to deepen your understanding and confidence of the birthing process. This afternoon workshop is very different to any other antenatal class you might take - with movement and breathing techniques, a chance for you to meet local parents-to-be and to learn lots of practical tools as you prepare for the magic of birth together.
