We have a few spaces left on Thursdays for new students to join us in our youth mixed aerial classes. Juniors at 5pm and Teens at 6pm. Alternating between aerial hoop and aerial silks each week with a fun Christmas party week at the end of term.

✨ Just wrapped our recent Heels x Pole Dance Collaboration Workshop at Studio 33 with Wight Arts & Fitness — and WOW.
We tapped into our most unapologetic, powerful, feminine energy 🔥
From sultry floorwork to fierce grinds, we moved with purpose, confidence, and pure sexiness.
💃✨ This choreography wasn’t just a dance — it was a reminder of what we’re capable of when we own our space.

Our Youth Aerial Fun Days are back for the Summer Holidays! With 3 dates to choose from: 7th, 14th and 21st August 10am - 3pm.
Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Pole Fitness and Stretch/Flexibility throughout the day. We will be learning different content in each session across the Summer, so those wanting to attend multiple sessions can.
No clothing with zips or metal on to be worn, shorts needed, packed lunch, snacks and drinks/refillable water bottle needed also.
