👑 KING CORRINDON DANCER 👑

Our beloved Irish Essex boy is on his way HOME. ❤️🇮🇪🇬🇧

After what can only be described as the most incredible season at stud, Dancer is finally heading back to White Lodge for a very, very well-earned holiday.

And what a year this incredible stallion has given us.

Dancer has broken records this season, and we could not be prouder of him. He is a truly exceptional horse — not only for everything he has achieved himself, but for the legacy he is creating through his progeny.

Year after year we have believed in him, but there is something incredibly special about now watching his sons and daughters coming through, making their mark and shining in their own right. ✨

Seeing Dancer stock out in the rings, being ridden, shown and loved by their owners is probably one of the proudest parts of breeding for us. There have been so many wonderful results this year that it would be impossible to mention them all, but to every breeder and owner who has believed in Dancer and given his offspring the opportunity to shine — thank you.

And now we have HOYS 2026 to look forward to… 🏆✨
Daddy Dancer will most definitely be watching from home, and from all of us at White Lodge Stud, we wish every one of you the very best of luck. We will be bursting with pride. ❤️

After such an extraordinary season, we are also delighted to announce that Corrindon Dancer will return to Stallion AI Services for the 2027 breeding season.

He will parade at the Breed Show in April before returning to Stallion AI, where he will remain until the very last mare has been given the thumbs up. 👑

But for now, there are no mares, no work and no responsibilities…

Just home. ❤️

His favourite paddock.
His favourite tree.
And, most importantly, a plentiful supply of his beloved ginger nut biscuits. 😂🍪

A huge and heartfelt thank you must go to the wonderful team at Stallion AI Services for looking after our boy so beautifully. He has been treated like the King he is, and he comes home looking absolutely fantastic. Knowing that such a precious horse is loved and cared for when he is away from us means more than we can say.

A very special thank you also to Julie & Sophie Judge, Dancer’s travelling hairdressers, for making the journey up and ensuring he always looks every inch the superstar. ✨

And to Richard Maxwell, who drove up especially for Dancer to give him his chiropractic treatment and keep our boy feeling his absolute best — thank you.

Finally, to all the girls at Stallion AI who have given him that little bit of extra love, fuss and, of course, plenty of apples… we know he has had you all wrapped around his hoof! 🍎❤️

It really does take a team to look after a stallion like Dancer, and we are incredibly grateful to every single person who has played a part in his year.

✨🤎 POPPY — A VERY SPECIAL GIRL 🤎✨

Sadly, through absolutely no fault of her own, our beautiful Poppy is coming back to us on sales livery.

We sold Poppy a few weeks ago to a wonderful home, but unfortunately her new owner has since suffered some very unexpected health problems and, with a very heavy heart, has made the difficult decision to find Poppy her forever home.

And honestly… somebody is going to be incredibly lucky to have this mare. ❤️

Poppy is quite simply one of the kindest, sweetest and most straightforward young horses you could ever wish to meet.

She has the gentlest nature, absolutely no mareish traits whatsoever and is exceptionally easy to have around. She is the sort of horse who very quickly becomes everyone’s favourite.

She is also an exceptional stamp — compact, beautifully put together, with plenty of bone and quality, and that gorgeous buckskin colouring certainly makes her stand out!

We genuinely struggle to find a fault with her.

Poppy is excellent with the farrier and vet, loads and travels beautifully and is completely unfazed by children, dogs, cattle and everyday life around a busy yard.

For a three-year-old, her attitude towards everything is quite remarkable.

She has been lightly and correctly started from the ground, including lunging and free schooling. She has seen coloured poles and is now beginning her long-reining education. Everything has been kept age appropriate and uncomplicated, and with her temperament we genuinely believe she will be an incredibly straightforward mare to back and produce.

We could see Poppy becoming the most wonderful all-rounder and family horse. Equally, she has more than enough quality and presence to be produced for the show ring.

Most importantly, we are looking for Poppy’s forever person.

She deserves the very best home and, having already had an unexpected change of circumstances through absolutely no fault of her own, finding the right person for her is incredibly important to us.

We have lots of photographs and videos available for genuinely interested parties.

Poppy really is a complete gem — the type that doesn’t come along very often. 🤎✨
