Dear Members

This meeting is soley about the new proposed constitution which must be refreshed at least every 4 years.
This notice has been sent to all Verulam Members, not just those with a current swimmer, as you all have a right to vote or question the proposed changes to the constitution.
You can attend the meeting in person at Westminster Lodge in the upstairs studio or by Zoom - Link below.
https://us05web.zoom.us/j/83990182491?pwd=OXc6uisGdIUnTQbQVwj32BakuNBLq9.1
The meeting will take maximum 15 minutes and has been timed to fall between the Academy session running from 6:30 - 7:30pm and the Pathway, Performance Development and the Performance session from 7:30 - 9:00pm (where swimmers are poolside warming up from 7.15pm). I can confirm that both training sessions will be held at Westminster Lodge that evening.
Please can you send any questions in advance of the meeting to [email protected]. This will ensure that I can address them in the meeting and will help to keep the meeting to the 15 minute time slot.
If you are a parent of Academy please arrive 15 minutes early for collection so that you can attend and show your support for the club. Or any spectators should come in to register and vote.
If you are a PW, PD or P parent please pop up for 15 minutes at drop off.
We really appreciate your support on this matter and look forward to seeing you all in person or on Zoom.
