We can help with that, with our accredited Fisrt Aid for Mental Health courses:

Z is for Zonked
Zonked a.k.a. tiredness or fatigue 😴
Something we’ve all felt before. So when do we take fatigue as a symptom of illness or injury? Here’s some questions to ask:
Does your casualty suffer any medical conditions?
Has your casualty banged their head in the last day or so?
Has your casualty eaten or drank recently?
Has your casualty been exposed to extreme temperatures?
Is it normal for your casualty to feel this way?
