This week we welcomed Pilks for a great game of rugby and put in a fantastic performance.

From the very start, the girls put Pilks on the back foot and really put their bodies on the line to stop the bigger players from breaking through.

Pilks did manage to slip through on a few occasions, but the girls tracked back brilliantly and made some great try-saving tackles. Pilks eventually managed to sneak over in the corner for a cheeky try after the Thatto girls switched off for a moment.

It was brilliant to see the girls making substantial yards up the field and producing some excellent line breaks, with some great tries scored from halfway.

A fantastic team performance all round from the girls!

Another fantastic win for the girls last night.

They really dug in and worked hard to keep them out, with a strong defensive line and some great attacking play going forward—outstanding all round.

We can’t take anything away from Haydock either—they came to play and put in a great performance. They kept our girls out on several occasions and made some excellent try-saving tackles.

The highlight of the night was all the girls celebrating together as three of the girls scored their first try of the season. The joy and excitement from everyone in that moment was incredible to see.

That’s what truly builds a team—support, friendship, and the genuine love they have for each other. Proud of every single one of them 🖤❤️
