The photos below were taken in a beautiful rural Spanish fortress townâmy idea of bliss⌠But to my kids? Absolute hell.
Until we found another way.
We hired e-MTBs and started at the bottom of the valley.
Suddenly it became their adventure. They loved it.
Everyone won.
Iâve learned how to operate from a place of calm, I could pause and find a way to make this work.
The reactive version of me?
She wouldâve ended up in a heated debate, trying to force a fun day. And no one wouldâve had a good time.
Thatâs the shift I help my clients makeâ
So they can stop reacting from stress and start creating from clarity.
⨠If you want a taster of how I help people reset their relationship with stress so they can operate at their best, drop me a DM and Iâll send you the link to my free email series.
If youâve got kids and find the summer juggle stressful, this might be the perfect time to take action and add new ideas and techniques to your tool box to keep you operating from a place of calm more of the time.
Itâs just 2 minutes of action a dayâ
And it could completely transform your summer.

This is a great combo for me.
Delicious smoothies, sunshine, padel boards, Bright blue water.
All of these contribute to a happy, calm me and happy kids on holiday.
But what is my ideal- is highly likely not to be yours.
And thatâs why you donât see me running group programmes.
Supporting you to be on your A-Game at work and in life, without being stressed out requires us to work out what works for you⌠not me, or the person who looks likes like they have it all sorted.
If you want a taster of some of the different ways I help my clients reset their relationship with stress, enabling them to operate at their best, drop me a DM and I will send you a link to my free email series.
If you have kids and find the summer juggle stressful this might just be the right time for you to take action.
Itâs just 2 minutes of action a day - and it could completely transform your summer!

One of my core strengths is helping people find clarityâfast.
Because clarity creates momentum.
It fuels smart decisions, focused action, and meaningful results.
But even the most capable, intelligent people can hit a wall.
And one of the biggest reasons for high achievers?
Overwhelm and stress.
When your brain is overloaded, clarity gets clouded.
You second-guess yourself.
You struggle to prioritise.
And even small decisions start to feel like big ones.
Hereâs why:
Chronic stress shuts down the part of your brain responsible for logic, planning, and calm thinking.
Youâre not broken. Youâre just in survival mode.
Thatâs why I created the Stress Disruption Series.
To help high performers shift out of stress-modeâ
and back into a state where clarity, confidence, and calm decision-making become second nature.
⸝
Whatâs inside:
âď¸ 30 days of fast, practical mindset and micro-habit resets
âď¸ 2-minute daily tools backed by neuroscience and real-world coaching
âď¸ Daily prompts to help you think clearly, feel better, and lead more effectively
⸝
If your brain feels too full right now to think clearlyâŚ
This is your sign to reset.
Comment âClarityâ or send me a message, and Iâll send you the link.
Because when your mind is clear, your next step becomes obvious.

Success doesnât have to feel like exhaustion. But for one of my clientsâit did.
On the outside a Barrister at the top of their game.
Respected. Relied on. Rewarded.
But hereâs what was happening behind the scenes:
She couldnât be fully present playing with her kidsâher mind was still in meetings.
She said yes to everything at work, overcompensating for late nights and unfinished to-dos.
She skipped workouts, ordered whatever was quickest, and told herself, âIâll get back on track next week.â
She looked successful. But she felt like she was quietly falling apart.
What she didnât realise?
Her nervous system was stuck in go modeâmaking stress her default setting.
Even on days off, her mind didnât know how to switch off.
Thatâs where we started. We didnât overhaul her life. We installed tiny, strategic shiftsâones that reset how she thought, breathed, decided, and responded.
Within a month:
â
She felt calmerâeven on high-pressure days
â
She could think clearly and say ânoâ without guilt
â
And most importantlyâshe felt present again in the life she was working so hard to build
Thatâs why I created the Stress Disruption Series, to help you reset your relationship with stress.
What it includes:
âď¸ Daily stress-disruptor email â 2 minutes a day
âď¸ Mindset resets to shift how you lead and respond under pressure
âď¸ Micro-habits to calm your system and sharpen your thinking
âď¸ Reflection prompts to break the patterns keeping you stuck
This isnât about slowing down.
Itâs about building a life where success doesnât cost you everything else.
If this hits home, comment âIâm inâ or send me a message. Iâll send you the link to start the series today.
Letâs change the way stress shows up in your success story.

High performance doesnât have to mean high stress. But for many high achievers, it does.
And itâs quietly impacting the way you think, lead, and feel.
Hereâs a sneak peek from Day 7 of my Stress Disruption Series â a 30-day reset designed to help you disrupt the patterns keeping you in a stress loop:
EXTRACT: âThe Pressure to Pushâ
âYour brain gets better at whatever you repeat.
So if youâre constantly pushing through exhaustion, overwhelm, or decision fatigueâguess what?
Youâre wiring yourself to make pressure your normal.
Thatâs why real performance doesnât come from powering through.
It comes from building habits that help your nervous system shift out of stress modeâso you can operate from clarity, not chaos
This is the kind of insight, reset, and reframing youâll receive every day for 30 days.
No fluff. No overwhelm. Just tools that actually help.
đš 2 minutes a day
đš Grounded in neuroscience and coaching
đš Created for busy people who want to performâwithout burning out
If youâre ready to shift how stress shows up in your day, comment âIâm inâ or DM me and Iâll send you the link.
Letâs make success feel better.

I always have one coffee a day.
Yes, because I love coffee.
But also? Because itâs strategic.
That one cup isnât just caffeineâitâs a joy snack.
A pause.
A daily moment that reminds me:
You can operate at full tilt, but itâs not sustainable if you never slow down.
Most high achievers know theyâre overwhelmed.
They feel it in their bodies, their decision-making, their sleep.
What they donât always realise is that it can feel different.
You can still deliver. Still perform. Still lead.
But you can do it from a place of calm clarityânot constant pressure.
Thatâs why I created the Stress Disruption Series.
A 30-day reset for ambitious people who are ready to stop normalising stressâand start building the mindset and habits that help them stay at their best.
Youâll get:
âď¸ Daily stress disruptor email â short, powerful tools rooted in neuroscience, coaching, and real-life strategy
âď¸ Mindset resets to shift how you think, react, and lead under pressure
âď¸ Micro-habits to calm your nervous system and sharpen your focus
âď¸ Reflection prompts to break unconscious stress patterns and take back control
It takes 2 minutes a day.
But it could change the way you lead, perform, and feelâfor good.
If youâre ready to show up differently this month, drop me a DM or comment âIâm inâ and Iâll send you the link.
Because yes, stress might feel normal to you.
But it doesnât have to be.

Youâve been on all week. Youâve juggled decisions, deadlines, people, pressure. Youâve tried to rest this weekendâbut your mindâs still ticking over.
And now, the week ahead is calling for your best self again.
Hereâs the thing high performers often forget:
Your nervous system doesnât know the difference between a real threat and a relentless to-do list.
So even when you think youâre holding it together, your bodyâs stress response is quietly running the show.
And over time, that changes how you lead, think, and feel.
Chronic stress dulls the prefrontal cortex (the part of your brain that helps you think clearly and make smart decisions), and over-activates the amygdala (your fear and emotion centre).
Translation? You operate in survival mode⌠even when thereâs no fire to fight. You become reactive instead of intentional. And the stress loop continues.
Thatâs why I created the Stress Disruption Seriesâ
â
30 days
â
2 minutes a day

Practical mindset + micro-habit resets to calm your system, sharpen your thinking, and change how stress shows up in your day

Last night, I sat at my sonâs final sports dinner, soaking up a room full of proud parents, determined pupils, and the stories that bring sport to life.
The guest speaker, former Scotland international rugby player Alex Grove, shared such important an important message for the boys.
He spoke about the importance of giving things a goâeven if youâre not good at them.
And about resilienceânot when everythingâs going well, but when things donât go to plan.
And critically about the power of choiceâhow you respond when things are hard. Because thatâs where strength is built.
It struck me how relevant this is beyond sportâespecially when stress starts to dominate our lives.
We canât always control whatâs thrown at us.
But we can choose how we show up, what we tolerate, and whether we keep running on empty⌠or disrupt the cycle.
If you know stress has been running the show, maybe nowâs the moment to choose something different.
My Stress Disruption Series is a free 30-day reset designed for high performers who want to stay on top of their gameâwithout being ruled by stress.
Two minutes a day. One powerful mindset shift at a time. DM me and Iâll send you the link.

Sometimes you have to practice what you preach!
I was hoping to get ahead on some posts for the week but I have been struck down by the lurgie, bad enough in a normal week but even more challenging when itâs the Easter hols as well.
Itâs a reminder that even with the best plans and intentions, life sometimes has other ideas.
This is where high performance isnât about pushing through at all costs â itâs about recognising when to pause, reset, and focus your energy where itâs most needed.
Itâs something I support my clients with all the time:
Knowing how to flex when plans change.
Learning how to prioritise in the moment.
And giving yourself permission to let go of âperfectâ so you can keep moving forward â even if it looks different than expected.
The goal is never to do it all.
Itâs to keep taking intentional action, no matter what life throws your way.
My intention is to head to bed and get back to my energetic self as fast as possible!
03/04/2025
6.15 AM First coffee. 6.30 AM First coaching session of the day.
My new client is at her best early doors â focused, clear-headed, and ready to make big moves before the rest of the world wakes up.
Thatâs what high performance is really about.
Not squeezing more in⌠but knowing when you work best and building around it.
We all have different rhythms.
Some people hit their stride mid-morning. Others get their best ideas late at night.
Itâs not about copying someone elseâs routine â itâs about unlocking your own.
If youâre pushing through at the wrong time of day, youâre making it harder than it needs to be.
Hereâs why:
Your brain runs on cycles â known as ultradian rhythms â that affect your energy, focus, and mental sharpness. Trying to push through when your brain needs rest or isnât at its cognitive peak? Itâs like driving with the handbrake on.
What would change if you protected your peak performance time instead?
What if you scheduled your work that requires your sharpest & most focused version of you then?
What if you held your boundaries around it?
What if that one shift made everything else feel easier?
This is the kind of thing I help clients figure out â how to work with themselves, not against.
Because when youâre aligned with how you work best, results come faster â and with less stress.
