A lovely swim with these legends at Heron Lake this morning. Was lovely to see Chris, Jane and Tim. Hopefully Tim will be joining our team in the not too distant future 👍

A fantastic ride up the valley this morning with Mel. She never ceases to amaze me with a great ride up Linkenholt hill and then a new one which is a proper challenge Conholt hill which she got done with a smile I think (sweating like a bastard) was heard 👍💪😂😂😂.
Great training for our next event at Dorney Lake on the 8th August with a full complement of Beau’s Tri Warriors 👍🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️‍➡️

Just like to say a massive well done to Jo James winning her age group in a 5k running event in Spain for The Los Bandidos Club and a founding member of Beau’s Triathlon Warriors.
You’ve put in an incredible amount of training Jo and it’s certainly paying off my friend, you are an inspiration for so many and we couldn’t be more proud of your achievement 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️
