Nick is seen as an expert on Hurley yachts and has co-written a book "Hurley Marine, a History" on the subject.
Nick has been the coordinator of mentoring for the International Institute of Marine Surveying (IIMS). He has also written and marked an exam for the IIMS Diploma in Marine Surveying and occasionally guest-lectures on the Solent University Degree Course on Marine Surveying.
Nick has also had articles published in All At Sea newspaper, Sailing Today magazine and Sports Boat And RIB magazine.
Nick is an experienced boat builder and yacht repairer, having worked in the marine industry for nineteen years.
