What a class last night!!! 💚🔥

You absolutely SMASHED the new tracks and I loved seeing you all just going for it! 🙌
But I think my favourite moment of the night was when an old favourite made a comeback…
JUICY WIGGLE!!! 🤣🍑💚

Honestly, the second you realised what was coming, the smiles on your faces said it ALL! 🤣
Sometimes you just have to bring an old one back and remember exactly why we loved it so much in the first place!

Thank you to my fabulous crew for another brilliant night. You smashed the new stuff… but I think Juicy might have stolen the show! 🤣💚

You Do You Dance Fitness meets PomFit - 80s style!

Two brands. Two slightly bonkers instructors. One decade that clearly understood the assignment when it came to workout gear. 😂

We’ve got dance.
We’ve got pom poms.
We’ve got some VERY questionable fashion choices.

And now we’re looking at this thinking… we actually need to do it! 👀

Imagine a room full of people, a huge 80s playlist, You Do YOU, PomFit and absolutely no taking ourselves too seriously.

This lovely little note was left for me after class last night.

I always hope that my classes make a difference to the people who walk through the door, but my crew make such a difference to me too - probably more than they realise.

Thank you so much for leaving this for me. It really did make my night… and there are some pretty amazing hugs coming right back at you! 💚
