We're a friendly and sociable, mainly road running club, based in Seaford on the South Coast, whose members regularly take part in a wide range of events throughout the South East and elsewhere. We are active in the Sussex Road Racing Grand Prix, in which we were the 1998, 2005, 2008, 2009 and 2011 Champions, and also have members who enjoy participating in ultra distance, cross country and triathlon races. Our main Club night is every Wednesday, catering for all abilities. Group timings with distance/route/pace are shared on our page in advance. We also host a track night every Monday, at Lewes Leisure Centre from 7:30pm. As well as all the running, the Striders know how to relax as well, and there are a quite a number of fun events which are organised throughout the year by the Social Committee. This all culminates in a splendid Presentation Evening, when many trophies are awarded.
