8 weeks progress - more to follow
Amazing work so far from my client in a short period of time.. As we all know, changing your physique can take time and patience, and it's all about keeping it consistent. My client has done exactly that, rather than focusing on scales we have focussed on pictures to monitor progress, since the start of year my client has dropped 10lb in weight but altered her physique massively as the phots show.. she has listened to everything I've said so far regarding food (macros/ kcals) but had the freedom of picking her own food choices.. as we all know, sticking to a plan is hard, or eating reptively can be difficult, but these photos show you can still enjoy the freedom of food as long as you stick to it.. training has altered slightly with a different approach regarding cardio and weight sessions, trying to constantly keep heart rate in a body fat burning zone, which has paid off massively...
The next step now is to focus on specific areas whilst we continue doing what we have been doing so far. Look forward to the next month of so to see the progression again and the changes we make..

Main highlight of tonight's leg session, 2nd session in months where squats have been my main focus of the workout
3 warm-up sets followed by 4 x 3 working sets finishing at 200kg for 3 reps.. knee not feeling great, but wasn't going to let that hold me back..
Plan to use squats as main focus over next few weeks with 230kg - 240kg the aim

Happy new years Eve to all my amazing clients, friends, and family..
I just want to say a big thankyou to all my clients for the amazing support you have shown me throughout 2023 and what a year it has been, amazing transformations in weight loss journeys, some clients with goals for this year and some setting the foundations ready for their big targets in 2024.. Great improvement in fitness journeys, some going on to do 5k 10k half marathon and marathons over the course of this year.. my muscle building client's, amazing progression over the course of the year with your big compound lifts and having to do a shopping trip as clothes don't fit just shows the progress that can be made, also just look back at weights you first started with and now you use them for warm up sets.. remember it's all diet, keep it consistent, keep working hard, keep progressing..
Just a massive thank you again, and let's smash 2024 with new goals and targets..
