Hello everyone!

I'm now at your disposal 😅 Canicross lesson are finally available. Good option for those who want extra support when starting their canicross journey or those who need a little bit of upskilling.

Time to get Sheffield into this game and spread the passion for this wonderful sport.

That's my favorite way to start the weekend 😊

We had a beginners Interval training followed by a 10km run for more advanced runners.

Everyone did an absolutely brilliant job!🌟 Congratulations to all the beginners 🥇 who managed to complete full interval training, which was quite challenging I must admit 🤫

Well done doggies 🐾 You are all the best! 🐶

The interval training was something we did for the first time as a group and it was quite well received (I hope 😆🙏🏻). It's a great way to get you into running or to prepare you for your first 5km.
So why not doing it again?

As you can see the Beginners run wasn't the only run this morning. We also had mixed abilities run. We did almost 7km.

Today we ran in collaboration with Canicross Doncaster 😆 and we met Roberts and Garlick . All dogs went absolutely crazy and we were just flying 🚀 Was lovely to run with you and hopefully we can do this again in the future.

It was really enjoyable, especially with the fog that makes the woods even more magical ✨

Apparently Anthony liked the place so much that he decided to stay and do another 4km with me. So we did 11km in total and with the 4.5 km beginners run I managed to complete my 14km Longer Run Mission (did even 1.5km more than required 🙈😬)

Grenoside and Wharncliffe Woods is really my favourite place in Sheffield and I hope one day I will have a chance to introduce this place to those of you who have never been there before. Don't hesitate and join one of the future runs! 😊🐾🐕‍🦺🏃🏻‍♀️

We did Thoresby Leaf Kick 2023 race yesterday and met a lot of familiar faces there ☺️🍁 it wasn't our best performance, but we had fun anyway 😅

Good morning everyone!

I have recently gone very quiet due to life being a roller coaster sometimes, and I was going through a lot of things, changing the job blah blah blah...

But now I'm back and I'm very pleased to announce that I have become an official Canicross Instructor certified by Sporty Paws Ltd 🥳 Me and Elyon had a very intensive weekend, but we also had a lot of fun and you can now be sure your are in the safe hands (you always were 😉)

I've opened another door in my life and I'm super excited about it. We are ready to get Sheffield into Canicross 💪🐕‍🦺🏃🏻‍♀️🐾

Some of us did the Belvoir Castle Race last Saturday 🏰

It was a fantastic event, and it was so nice to meet all of those lovely people 😊

Well done Keira Benham with Bear who completed a challenging and hilly 10km race improving their finishing time (2 mins off) since their last race 🏆

Big applause for Kinga Ziółko Laszko with Shadow as it was their first race and they've done fantastic 5km race🏆

Also for me with Loki&Elyon it was a personal success, as we managed to lose 4 mins comparing to my last race in April, which I didn't expect and I'm super happy about it 🥰 🏆

Although there was no podium for us, that doesn't really matter, as we've made a progress and had a lot of fun, which is all that racing is about.

I'm feeling like we all are winners😆 can't wait to do some more races 💪🐕‍🦺🏃🏻‍♀️ hopefully our team will grow ❤️🐾

Only three of us this time, but it was very enjoyable and calm.

Our Saturday Bark Runs at Endclife Park🌲🌳 are a good place to start Canicross if you are a beginner. The route is nice, flat and easy and it's only 5km (🤫) 🐕‍🦺🏃🏻‍♀️

The plan was 9.5km but in the end we smashed 11km! (Never trust me on distances😅)

What an adventure! A bit challenging, but the feeling after the run is absolutely worth it!

Tonight we had Keira Benham&Bear, Regan Paul Hanson&Pippa, Kinga Ziółko Laszko&Shadow and obviously me&Elyon 🐾🐺
