In our last game of a very long season it’s a loss at home to a fit Ponteland team.

The girls worked and battled hard but it wasn’t to be.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the team this year and we look forwards now to the 2026/27 season after a well deserved rest.

⚽️ FULL TIME ⚽️

👊🏽 A valuable away win sees the ladies secure Tier 5 football for next season. In a closely fought encounter the girls showed their character and composure by coming from a goal behind to lead 3-1 at half time. Goals from Harriet Lloyd (2) and Millie Kenyon (1).

👉🏽 The second half was a more frantic affair with Ossett pushing forward to get the important next goal which saw the girls defending resolutely. Then a stunning counter attack move down the left by player of the match Millie Kenyon saw a pin point cross put away by Harriet Lloyd at the far post to complete her hat-trick.

💪🏽 Another battling second half performance restricted the opposition to few chances although Ossett scored a late consolation goal.

A good all round performance from all the players in the squad today!
