In September, we plan to head up to Coniston Water in the Lake District for a couple of nights. We'll take some paddle boards, and some tents, do some acro in the great outdoors, and keep our fingers crossed for good weather! Sound good? Drop us a message or email us at [email protected]!

It’s finally here!
At Acro Sheffield, during lock down, we’ve been busy using resources we made pre-Covid to put together our first book.
Beginning Acro is a guide to your first 6 months of Acro progression, and we hope it can do something to fill the void left by the sudden cessation of face to face sessions.
If you have someone in your household/bubble you can have contact with, and a little space to play safely, this is for you!
Perhaps you have friends and family looking for something new to occupy their time while they can’t get out and about – this makes a great gift!
New years resolution to be more active or learn some new skills? Look no further!
-Over 280 full colour images over 57 pages

Following on from my beginners' juggling class (see below), I have been asked to do a club juggling video.
If you have clubs already but can't reliably juggle them, or if you want to clean up your technique and learn some simple tricks along the way, this video will be for you. I would suggest that you need to be able to juggle 3 balls comfortably already.
Before my last video, I posted 3 links to tutorials for different methods of making your own juggling balls. For this one, I will post 1 really accessible video for making your own clubs, and if you feel that you would like to spend time making something more in depth, then that's awesome, and there are loads of videos on youtube to help you.
So, see you later in the week for some club juggling fun!
