What's most impressive is not that he learnt it in just 10 mins (although that is definitely an achievement).

It's that even though he achieved his goal, he still pushed himself to find new challenges.

We're not all going to learn a backflip so quickly (I know it took me a lot longer)

If you focus on setting yourself a challenge in a session, whether that's practising consistency in a move you already know how to do or trying it without the coach standing next to you for the 100th time when you can already land it, then you'll finish the session having improved without needed to learning any brand new skills
