Some of my clients are in diet/weight loss phases. Some of my clients are in growing phases looking to build shape and muscle. I have a client training to improve their cardiovascular endurance specifically. Other clients are simply wanting accountability and structure in day-to-day life.
Whatever your goal is, I take the time to sit down with you and talk through everything about it.

I am an Online Coach, who works with lifestyle clients to help them achieve weight loss, habit changes, improved functional fitness / athleticism, muscle gain, and much MUCH more.
I am ALSO a Personal Trainer under the wing of Bannatyne Health Club Worksop , meaning I can provide you with 1-to-1 personal training sessions and/or personalised training plans here! On top of that, I instruct the HIIT, circuit, strength, sculpt & tone, and legs, bums, & tums classes too 😁

Coaching is more than just giving a training program and some nutrition guidance.
It's about being a light, a beacon, a clear mind, a different perspective, a positive amongst the negative.
It's about being a person who'll understand your doubts, who'll listen to your problems, who'll be patient with your setbacks.
It's about showing your clients that not everything is perfect, and not everything will happen the way it's planned out. It's about teaching your clients to reset, rethink, reorganise, and overcome.
MJF Coaching is more than 'just' coaching. It's about teaching you. It's about supporting you.

A small update on my own fitness journey :)
Trailing into the 71kg mark. That's 7kg down from the start of the diet. 12 weeks of dieting done, halfway through the 13th week.
Weight training 5x a week. One active rest day, and one genuine rest day per week. 30 mins x 4 cardio a week. 12,000 steps daily.
1500 calories on a training day apart from my 2000 calories on my leg days, 1400 calories on rest days.
A few more weeks of this diet left, then it's back to maintenance/growing for a few months, then prep starts for next year's competition season 🥹🥹🥹🥹😝😝😝
