AI is an alien language to most of us or at least how it works - but that means you might not know what you need to for your business to be visible in the new way everyone is searching. Check yourself and get in touch!

I'm delighted to share that my business is reshaping slightly to align more with what my clients have been having trouble with - hence Tamsin Kaminski . Troubleshooter.

My business will now be more streamlined and focus on 3 main areas:

1) Inside the business - Your culture, your people
Poor leadership alignment, people afraid to speak up, no shared sense of what actually matters. It starts quietly and spreads - burnout, turnover, and a team that's there in body but not in mind.

2) Outside the business - Your visibility in the market
Customers - and increasingly AI search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude - can't find you, or find your competitors instead. What you don't know about your own visibility is already costing you.

3) Inside your own head - You, personally
You've hit a wall, lost the thread, or you just need a thinking partner who understands both the business and the person running it - this week, not eventually.

I'm still doing all the things I did before, but with a focus also now on your visibility within the marketplace - because there is no point smashing it internally if no one can find you externally! And I am now an official partner at the business delivering this service - which I am super excited about!
