We are now closed for 5-9 Junior Classes and will reopen on Tuesday 7th of April.
We'll also be shut Easter Monday for all age groups.

Well done to Junior Coach Adam Clarke on his grappling matches yesterday. Adam did an incredible job against tough competition, having some of the most exciting matches of the day and even getting a nice rear naked choke finish in his first. We're very proud of your hard work both as an athlete and coach.
Well done to Charlie on your awesome matches also. Some of you may know Charlie from helping out in our Junior No Gi BJJ classes on a Tuesday and Thursday.
You can rest assured your children are being taught by people who are willing to test their own skills in competition. 😊 We will never show your youngsters anything we can't or wouldn't do ourselves.
