Hello Parents, 👋😎
We've decided to postpone all kids classes for this week. The heat is too intense for the kids to train safely and the unit is way too hot. We'll be back Monday for business as usual.
Please do not send your children to the club this week as it will be closed.

Let's go, Frey! Great debut, young man. 🔥
Last weekend Frey made his debut at UKFC in Preston. An awesome experience for such a dedicated young lad.
We've helped Frey realise his MMA ambitions for close to two years now. He's one of the most polite and decidated young people we've ever had the pleasure of training.
Here's to plenty more! 👊

It's Coach Brett's birthday on Thursday. 😎🎂 So, we'll be shut for kids classes while he's away at the seaside. Classes will be back from May 18th onwards. Thank you for your patience.
