And just like that the season comes to an end in the most 'end of season' game ever.

Probably should've lost this one. Definitely should have conceded a penalty but it's just been that kind of season.

This year was about keeping the club going. Anything else would have been a bonus.

Thanks to everyone involved.

We go again next season.

Some good football, some great goals and downright questionable refereeing in an entertaining game, but we let ourselves down ultimately.

This season has proven that Jed Collins could score with his eyes closed.

Ethan Hussain made it 2-0 at half time and while we had chances to score more in the second half, we controlled the game with some very nice football in the sun.

We did play some nice football in patches but we were the masters of our own downfall and Flame are too good a side to let mistakes go unpunished.

Conceded a goal which was more of the wind than anything to do with them but other than that, stayed in control for the majority of the game and came away comfortable winners...like we normally do against Milldam.
