Striders at today’s Cat Lane Canter. A beautiful Spring morning for it - bit warm though! Brilliantly organised as ever. Well done to all the finishers. First race of the trail championship completed - only a week to the next one.

Well done to all our runners at today’s National Cross Country Championships at Sedgefield! Our women’s team finished 21st with the men coming in 42nd, some superb running on display and a brilliant day out with the club!

Today we had two teams in the British fell relays in Wales. Kudos indeed to Abbie Pearse for coming third in leg 1. We all had a great time and tried our best. Results to follow but the event report is ‘lots of up followed by lots of down’. It was nuts! 😂😁
