Makes things more simple, more manageable to understand and the likelihood of you succeeding will increase.

1st. Focus on the primary reason for consuming food…energy and nourishment. What you eat matters first.

2nd. Focus on daily movement and activity for your health and wellbeing.

3rd. Focus on the specifics that will help you achieve more personal goals.
