🚨PSA🚨: I don't care what you deadlift. You can deadlift the bar, 60kg, 100kg, 300kg or 500kg. Deadlift the fu***ng world. I will celebrate any PB you make...
..HOWEVER...
This is what your platform and bar should look like when you are done. Empty. Clear. Ready for the next person.
The next person might not be as strong as you. Why should they have to waste their time, their energy stripping the 3, 4 or 5 plates aside from your workout.
The gym is a home to all shapes and sizes. I can promise the person using kit after you won't say "wow they must have been strong". They will say "Some dick left the barbell loaded. I was gassed out before I even did a rep."
Do better. Be better.

What's up everybody!! This post is so far outside my area of specialization buy I felt it would be good to talk about.
This morning I have had news stories pop up in my feeds about the return of the rare leatherback turtles which are classed as a VULNERABLE (only just higher than endangered) species in the world. This particular species has been on the planet longer than the human population and yet - like so many other species - the population is dwindling because of humanity.
In my opinion - which everyone is entitled - any area that vulnerable, endangered, critically endangered or near extinction rated animals/plants start to make a comeback as a result of the lockdown should become a protected area and at the very least the time of the year they appear should have humanity restricted from entering. What I mean by this is if turtles use a beach for 3 months of a year, we should not step foot on that beach unless we are aiding their conservation!
I know I would be happy sacrificing our claim on a couple of beaches if it means in 30 years we as a whole can tell the next generation we caused the damage but we did our best to put it right.
The fact animals are wondering our cities and returning to claim space in our world should remind us all, that despite our population on the planet, this planet belongs to those animals. It was their planet first and will be their planet after humanity goes extinct.

Out for a walk today and found this.
I would just like to remind everyone that while we should be seeking more time in nature, we should also avoid littering and littering is another form of pollution!
Nature is a garden for everyone...you wouldn't want me to come and dump my rubbish on your garden would you?!
