We popped in to the new The Uppercut Club for some great rounds of sparring as always!👊💪

Incase you needed it, here's more solid proof that Jay Herbert is the best in this country!!!! Just 18 years old on the biggest stage in Britain Gorilla Promotions against the very good, very tough and very dangerous Ryan Simpson who came in with a record of 15 wins and 1 loss and stops him in just 10 seconds, the sky really is the limit for this kid and we all at Kings and Queens Boxing Club are so proud of him.

Thankyou to absolutely everyone at Kings and Queens Boxing Club from the beginners to the experienced boxers, the coaches and all the other clubs that have helped us out sparring getting Jay ready for tonight, it wouldn't have been possible without you all.

Thankyou to Darren Till and everyone at Gorilla Promotions for giving Jay the opportunity to showcase himself, thankyou to Ryan Simpson for taking the fight and being a very worthy opponent and thankyou to everyone who travelled down to Colwyn Bay to show their support and thankyou to everyone that supports him full stop!

Today is the day, the hard work is done, the weigh in is done, now comes the fun part.

Jay Herbert as always is stepping up another level on the biggest show in the country, again taking on one of the best boxers on the scene .Ryan Simpson who has a record of 15-1-0, the 30 year old power puncher who everyone has been avoiding but as always Jay accepted the challenge, Jay has continuously fought the biggest, scariest and best men on the circuit and tonight the world gets to see him live on the biggest stage in the country and he will finally get the recognition he deserves.

Thankyou to everyone at Kings and Queens Boxing Club and all the supporting gyms that have helped Jay Prepare for tonight, he couldn't have got ready without every single one of you.
