This FREE 8 week dance course is aimed at any one living a cancer diagnosis and looking for a fun way to move, connect, and feel uplifted.

The course is designed to be light hearted, joyful and aimed at beginners - it offers you an easy to access programme packed with fun routines and varied dance styles as follows :

Week 1 & 2 : Course Intro Line Dancing Songs:Texas Holdem/ A Bar song / James Brown - Get up off that thing
Week 3 & 4 : 70's Disco
Week 5 & 6 : Bhangra
Week 7 & 8: Charleston and/or Salsa - we can discuss as a group!

Each session includes seated rest breaks, clear step-by-step guidance and a thoughtfully paced approach.
These sessions will lift your mood, increase mobility and energy levels and most of all give you the opportunity to have fun and mix with group of supportive people.
