Football can help improve mental health by:
Reducing stress and anxiety
Boosting confidence and self-esteem
Encouraging teamwork and friendships
Keeping us active and connected
Giving young people support on and off the pitch

This week, remember to look out for each other:

✅ Call or message someone you haven’t spoken to in a while
✅ Visit teammates, friends, or family
✅ Listen and support without judgement
