Sambo Seminar!
First of all, I would like to thank all the athletes who train in Sambo and are eager to learn, improve and gain valuable experience in this sport.
A huge thank you to coaches Alex, Tonbridge SAMBO Club, Ivan Bull Sambo Club, Egis and Artiom for their participation, support and contribution to making this seminar a success.
We covered a wide range of interesting and important topics, including the physical and psychological preparation required for competitions at different levels, Sambo rules, and much more.
It was great to see everyone coming together, sharing knowledge and helping each other grow.
Together, we are stronger! 💪

Today marked the end of the first day of the International Open Championship in Hamburg.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the success of our athlete, Matsvei, who delivered an outstanding performance, winning two gold medals in the U42 kg category across two different age groups winning all 6 fights

A fantastic achievement and a great result for our club!

Today, our athlete Matsvei will compete in an International Sambo Championship in Hamburg. He will be participating in two age groups. Let’s wish him good luck and of course, victories.

The main aims of the event would be:

- social cohesion and bringing Sambo practitioners together;
- taking part in and observing competitions;
- physical and psychological preparation of Sambo athletes;
- sharing experience and knowledge between coaches and athletes.

Yesterday, we had a fantastic seminar on Sport and Combat Sambo at Tonbridge Sambo Club!
A special thank you to Brad and Alex for sharing their knowledge, experience and Sambo techniques with us.
