🛑 QUESTION-What’s actually stopping you from joining us?

I was on a dog walk before and got chatting to a lovely lady who “still needs to come to one of our sessions”

She watches the reels- sees the pictures- LOVES WE DO and KNOWS… “SHE WILL LOVE IT”

But….. she hasn’t been yet 🤷🏽‍♀️

And it got me thinking….. what actually stops you from joining us???

So…. Here are a few “myths” that you might tell yourself!!

❌ Myth 1: "I can't go alone."
✨ Reality: MORE PEOPLE turn up solo!

We are a famously friendly bunch, and it takes about two minutes before you're chatting, laughing, and making new friends. You won't feel lonely for a second.

❌ Myth 2: "I'm not fit, in shape, or coordinated enough."

✨ Reality: Good news—you don’t need to be!

This is exercise disguised as a night out… and…. I HAVE NO COORDINATION EITHER 😂

Our classes are a gorgeous mix of all ages (right up into their 70s!), shapes, and sizes.

Most of us don't know left from right half the time, and we don't care!

NOBODY is watching you. It is a 100% judgment-free zone.

❌ Myth 3: "I'll feel awkward because I don't know what to do ."

✨ Reality: First-time nerves are totally normal.

Guess what…. EVERY WEEK IS DIFFERENT!!!

So know one knows what is coming!!!

Parking: Free and easy at our venues…. IVE MADE SURE OF THIS!!

What to wear: Just normal fitness stuff- leggings/shorts/, t shirt/trainers, whatever you feel comfy in…. EVEN BETTER GET A FUNKEDUP TSHIRT 😜

What to bring: A bottle of water and a mat (weights if it’s THURSDAY 7pm)

❌ Myth 4: "I WONT KEEP UP!! I’m too old/fat etc”

✨ Reality: Never in a million years!!!!

Every song - YOU DO YOU!!!

Go fast!

Go slow!!!

JUST MOVE!!!

You move at your own pace, take breaks when you need to, and just have fun with the music.

It is completely normal to feel a bit anxious before your first session—every single person in our class has stood in your shoes.

But please don't let it stop you from having the best hour of your week… and

LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE 🥳🥳

“FUN FACT FRIDAY”

Yes…. After our session this morning… Fridays “brew time” is now known as this 😂😂

Absolutely amazing start to the weekend….

We had hoodies as doormats.

We had A FEW WEIGHT SONGS!!

We had loads of PARTY SONGS!!!!

We had CARROT CAKE!!!

Plus…..”Bill oddie”” rescuing bees.

Lots of “urghhhhh” noises!

More laughs and random chats.

And of course YOU… all of you beautiful people who welcomed our new friends and loved your best life.

Brilliant ❤️

FEEEL REAL FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!

Question…..

How do you feel when you’re scrolling online and see people who “have their whole s**t together?”

Be honest.
Is it inspiration?
Envy?
Pure annoyance? 🫣

We all know it by now, but it bears repeating: social media is a highlight reel!!!

It’s 99% a curated END product… or WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO SEE!!!

People want you to see the polished, final version of their lives.

What they don't always show you are the years, the tears, and the fears it took to get there.

As I write this, I’m looking around my own house.

There’s washing.

A wall I’ve been meaning to paint for months.

Garden needs doing in parts.

There are a million and one things on my to-do list right now.

I might not always show those pics, but I would say you get to see me… the unapologetic version all of the time-because to me this important!

Remember though because we don't post the mess it doesn't mean it isn't there.

Don't let yourself get fooled by someone else's end results.

There is a lot happening behind the scenes of every "perfect" profile.

From one real person to another: this is just life.

It doesn’t necessarily get any easier; you just get better at handling it.

You can’t do it all!!!!!!!!

So here is your reminder today: Stop comparing your behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reel.

Do what you can with what you have, and just live your best life. 🤍
