How has she done this?

💫remained in control of her choices through building up healthy habits over time

💫increased to 15-18k steps per day whilst on holiday which doesn’t feel as arduous when it’s morning walks along the beach & walking to & from evening meals

💫completely resting from the gym

💫limiting alcohol although Romi isn’t a big drinker anyway as she suffers from chronic migraines

💫eating out at least once per day, but not overindulging

💫drinking 3 litres of water per day

💫getting 8 hours sleep per night

None of this is difficult or magic, it’s just adjusting and maintaining creation of habits which come naturally over time

You can go away on holiday with family/friends and still be able to enjoy yourself. There’s nothing wrong with a little bit of weight gain afterwards, it’s completely normal. What’s important & gained through our programme is being able to enjoy a holiday and return in a similar position - ready to get right back into your routine ✌🏼👌🏼

Eloise signed up for our online coaching programme originally hoping to lose a bit of weight and feel better in herself, although she already looked amazing!

What she got with our programme was so much more:
✨found out about food allergies she has
✨her gut & stomach issues? Gone.
✨gained strength, confidence, and actual muscle
✨prioritised rest & recovery
✨gained knowledge on consuming a whole food diet
✨turned healthy habits into a lifestyle she can maintain

The difference between the possible and the impossible lies in a persons determination 🚀🚀

9 months progress & a lot of consistency & dedication gets you results like these 🔥 20lbs between these photos. Not only did we lose weight but we gained some muscle along the way 👏🏻

In the lead up to her wedding wanted to be in the best shape of her life and wow did she achieve that goal! Dieting is not easy, being hungry is hard and requires real determination not to give in. But when you’re working towards a goal & have a good support network it becomes that little bit easier 👏🏻

Believe it or not Romi had never really trained prior to joining our coaching programme & her diet was horrendous. It’s been a real lifestyle change & she’s fully immersed herself in the programme. Working full time, planning a wedding, doing a masters and prioritising family time as well as committing to our programme is not easy but if it was easy everyone would do it!

Can’t wait to see what’s next! 🚀🚀

Pre holiday mini cut ✌🏻

After her wedding Romi wanted to strip right down to become as lean as possible ready for her holiday to Turkey 🇹🇷

These photos are 6 weeks apart. In the first photo she weighs 114lbs and the second is 108lbs - the lightest she has ever been!

How has she done this?
☑️10,000 steps a day
☑️sticking to a calorie deficit every day through meal consistency - eating the same meals day in day out
☑️20 minutes cardio 3 times per week
☑️weight training 4 times per week
☑️1 treat meal per week
☑️dedication & consistency

If I told you that in January Romi had never trained then you wouldn’t believe me. But through lifestyle changes, nutritional advice & hard work she has completely transformed her life & body.

Recovery 👌🏼

I'm one week post op after a full rotator cuff repair and an unexpected reattachment of the bicep tendon following a horrendous injury. No training for 6 months which is a huge blow but nothing we can't overcome 💪🏻

Continuing to follow my tailored nutrition programme, physio twice a week for rehabilitation and taking BPC157 and TV500 peptides to speed up recovery. 1 IU of each every morning directly into the injury site 🏋️‍♂️

Hoping to start a 2 day lower split routine in 2 weeks which has been specifically designed by my coach 💻 as well as 3 sessions of 1 hour cardio on stationary bike. My aim is to be fully training again by February ahead of my honeymoon to Mexico 🔥

Going to be a long 6 months but day by day you can come back from anything, you just have to believe in yourself 🔥
