For 2025, I am going to be posting on themes related to being an Optimised Equestrian and the scope of services that I provide.
So you will be seeing more biomechanics information and tips, equestrian focussed fitness exercises and tips, train the seat (formerly franklin method equestrian) information, and also some more specialised information such as support for equestrians going through the menopause.
If you take the time to like my posts, you will get to see more hints and tips in your feed, to help you optimise your body to be the best equestrian and rider you can be.

Did you know it is Blue Monday today?
Blue Monday is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year, and with this weather we have been having recently I am certainly feeling it! Plus it is affecting my ability to ride too. I'll be glad when Spring comes along !!
But..... I have decided to use this time between Blue Monday and Spring to get me fit and ready for a Summer of RIding.
Would you be interested to join me in a 6 week equestrian focussed fitness camp to get fit and ready too?
Once a week for 6 weeks, in the Sleaford or Grantham area, depending on where there is interest?
A mix of strength and condition training, circuits, mobility, pilates and stretching.
DM me, with your location, if you are interested.

Do you struggle with
🔸slipping to one side of your saddle
🔸loosing balance
🔸tipping forwards or backwards
🔸feeling like more weight is on one side of the saddle
🔸collapsing to one side
🔸twisting or rotating your body
🔸dropping in twisting your hands
🔸loosing your contact with the reins
These are just some examples of common rider issues that are ideal for a Rider Biomechanics simulator or mounted lesson. These sessions look at, position, posture and performance in your riding, and are ideal to optimise your riding.
We offer both Sunday clinics and private sessions at other times in the week.
DM for more information, or check out our page for upcoming clinics. Our next clinic is this Sunday.

Spaces available on the Riding Simulator Biomechanics Clinic this Sunday. Slots early to mid morning, or early afternoon.
Struggling with your seat position or balance on the horse, can't quite get the aids right, lacking in confidence, or stickability, or just kept getting told to change the same thing again and again when in a lesson, but just don't get it?
Then maybe you are need to work on one or more of the 3 P's of rider biomechanics - Position, Posture and Performance. Enhancing these can take you riding to a whole new level.
Why not come along and work on yourself, without worrying about what the horse is doing. You can find the booking link in the comments or feel free to DM me for more information
