For our non-yoga members there were lot’s of basketball & football skills being practiced.

After a quick warmup with Drew & Scott, we were ready for our Yoga

This Saturday is yoga. Whilst yoga is usually with Jo, a different instructor, Donna, has kindly offered her time. Our Jo is a busy lady and we aren't replacing her, we're just doing what we do at Sleaford Laffletics and trying new experiences. Donna is a friend of mine, so please give her a warm Laffletics welcome and show her how much fun we have 🙏
We will offer alternative activities as usual, with us being fully inclusive.
Don't forget to bring drinks!
