When things go south or you don't get the results you were expecting, it's easy to blame (peri)menopause or the Mercury in retrograde.
But before you start spiralling over your hormones levels or some interstellar body lightyear away, I want you to do a really thorough and honest check of your lifestyle/habits:
Walking/cardio
Lifting
Fiber
Macros
Sleep
Stress
Protein
Calories
Are these really where I think they have been?
Are these where they need to be?
Get those in check as best as I can before considering anything else.
And instead of throwing everything and the kitchen sink at these and try to overhaul your life, pick 2-3 things you can easily fix.
Like meal prep.
Snack prep.
Move with intention (we have a challenge for that 😁).
Go to sleep instead of scrolling.
