This might surprise you!

This week's repetition max target is related to Olives, gyros, feta and ice cream.... 🇬🇷

As in how many reps are too many of these 😅

No classes this week Team, back to it with our Monday evening Yoga.
Before we head to Devon to host our Retreat next weekend 😁

It's been a week....

A badly pulled back muscle (thanks kiddo), a hyperextended knee, kindergarden plague bingo, and an almost 4 year old who DOES NOT LISTEN! 🫠
I'm sure the planets are in the microwave again...

Do me a favour please, and sign up to our FREE weekly Newsletter to finish this week on a high at least. And not because of the painkillers 😂

No spam, no bu****it, just solid fitness, nutrition and wellbeing advice. Pinky promise 😊

What do donkeys, menopause and a screaming chicken have in common?

Hi SQUAD!

The Tropic With Vik Patisserie Is Open! And You are invited 😊

I'm hosting a relaxed festive shopping afternoon (I know, the C word is already creeping in and we are still deep in September) this Saturday on the 26th September between 1pm and 4pm.

AND WHY IS THIS RELEVANT TO THIS PAGE?

You know we are more than just your average fitness page, we care just as much about your overall wellbeing, as we do about fitness and nutrition.
And because we know whatever you put on your skin absorbs to your bloodstream in about 60 seconds, clean beauty is a non-negotiable for us.

So pop in, have a mooch, and experience the Wonders Of Tropic first hand ✨️
Maybe you'll find the perfect gift for yourself or someone on your Christmas shopping list.

Message me for the address if you'd like to come over 🙂

And browse the online catalogue to see what's in store at the sweet treat department 😁
