First day at Holiday Inn Fareham to fully refurbish 129 bedrooms, bathrooms and all associated corridors. On completion of the works the hotel will be rebranded as a Voco Hotel. 🛠️🧱🪚🪛

Refurbishment of 62 standard bedrooms. Hunton Park Hotel, Hertfordshire.

Conversion of the mansion house into 10 new superior suites including associated corridors. Hunton Park Hotel, Hertfordshire.

Refurbishment of the Claret Jug Bar at Wychwood Park Golf Club in Cheshire.

First day at the DoubleTree Hilton Cheltenham to start 110 bedrooms and bathrooms.

Refurbishment of bedrooms and bathrooms. Delta By Marriot Hotel, Milton Keynes.

Conversion of meeting rooms and office space into 11 new bedrooms and bathrooms including associated corridors and balconies. Holiday Inn Milton Keynes.

Refurbishment of 15 apartments including works to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lounges and lobby’s. All works were completed in just 3 weeks. Staycity Aparthotels, Birmingham.

Refurbishment of 49 bedrooms and bathrooms including associated corridors and stairwells. All works were completed in just 11 weeks. Park Hall Hotel, Preston.

First day at Staycity Aparthotels Birmingham to refurbish 15 apartments. We will be onsite for the next 3 weeks.

***JOB VACANCY***

We are looking for a van driver to start ASAP. Duties will include the following:

• Collecting materials and dropping to various sites.
• Setting up new sites. Including creating site compounds, Heras fencing, H&S boards etc.
• Clearing sites as they are completed.
• General labouring.
• General building skills / multi trade would be an advantage but not essential.

Work is nearly all hotel refurbishment and is nationwide. Some working away would be required. Flatbed tipper pick up truck would be supplied. Clean license and over 30 years old would be preferred for insurance purposes. Work would be on a self employed basis.

Must be reliable, hard working and have good time keeping.
