Lovely flowers from a lovely client yesterday ๐ค

KEEP GOING! It takes time ๐

Towards the end of last year it was confirmed I was peri-menopausal (possibly menopausal) - DELIGHTFUL!
I had noticed since the end of the summer things happening and changing - I was putting on weight despite religiously sticking to my calories and training 3-4 times a week.
Then in October I had a training session which resulted in a rotary cuff injury ๐ which is still ongoing, better but still have to be careful.
With the lack of being able to train to my full potential and especially not being allowed to do any boxing ๐ฅ I could feel myself feeling downer and downer, this would then lead to โemotional eatingโ - something very common, especially with women!
Since being given HRT, rewriting my workout programme and adjusting my daily targets (calories, protein, fibre & steps) I am starting to feel more like my old self again.
WHATโS THE POINT OF THIS POST?
Majority of us are fighting somethingโฆ yes it takes discipline and determination to hit our health & fitness goals... but weโre also ONLY HUMAN!
Most of us are juggling so much - kids, jobs, housework, maintenance, food shopping ๐ซ most of the time itโs neverending and can end up feeling so overwhelming ๐ฅบ
So try!! JUST TRY!! Every day (or at least 3 times a week) to do something solely for YOU ๐ซต๐ผ
I know sometimes there feels like there isnโt enough hours in the day, but JUST TRY and find some time for you.
