We're looking for an aerobic stimulus in this workout with a team's pace being dictated by their capacity on the rower. The row will likely take longer than the Box Jumps and Toes to Bar meaning athletes should get a short rest before getting back on the rower.

If you don't have a weight vest, don't worry, this will still be plenty of work without it! ๐
If needed, scale the Pull Ups to Banded Pull Ups or Ring Rows and scale the Push Ups by performing them kneeling. You could also scale the workout by reducing the reps as needed!

It may not be your prime movers that are limiting your press but rather weak shoulder stabilisers and the Trap-3 is something we can almost guarantee everyone needs to improve!

To challenge the movement further, you could reduce the angle of the incline or add quarters/pauses to the top of each rep! ๐ฅ

STIMULUS:
- With short work intervals and in-built rest, we are looking for athletes to work at a high intensity throughout. Push the pace on the machines before aiming to go as close to unbroken as possible on the barbell and gymnastic movements.
- Our pace will be dictated by anaerobic capacity and lactate threshold.

SCALING:
- The barbell weight should be light and one in which we could complete all sets unbroken or with at most one break. Scale by reducing weight accordingly.
- Scale Handstand Push Ups by raising head to reduce range of motion or by performing Box Handstand Push Ups / Hand Release Push Ups.
- Scale Pull Ups by performing Ring Rows / Jumping Pull Ups.
