Fat loss not weigt lost‼️

When you lose weight, you may want to drop a few sizes of clothing, especially around the hips, thighs, abdomen and arms. However, it does not always mean an actual weight loss on a scale.

It is possible to build muscle and reduce body fat without really seeing any change in your weight. This occurs when you lose fat and get muscle. Your weight can stay the same, even if you lose a few inches, a sign that you are on the way.

The difference between losing weight and losing body fat can affect how you judge your progress.

Focusing on losing fat, if it is your goal, is much more important than focusing on your overall weight.

When you lose body fat and increase muscle mass, you are changing your body composition.

If you lose weight, you will lose water or even muscle.
