It’s ok to leave the gi jacket at home and wear a t shirt for training tonight 🥋bring lots of water too

Sad day for the dojo as we say goodbye to Mirek who is moving away to be closer to his family, especially his grandson Max. Mirek has been training with us for over 15 years so he’ll be really missed 🥺 good luck with the new house Mirek 🥋🥋🥋
