โฆ and so it BEGINS ๐
Ignoring the โIโve just rolled out of bed and in to my running gear lookโ this photo marks the first day of training for my next half marathon ๐
The training for my last half all went VERY down hill when I got injured, so i am praying to the running gods thats I can get through the WHOLE training period injury free ๐
Today should have just been and easy 45 minute run .. but it T O U G H !
My heart rate hit a high of 192 โผ๏ธand the toxic ten never seemed to end๐
๐ผโโ๏ธ
But this will get better ! I will be fitter, faster and healthier again ๐โโ๏ธ
Keep smiling and keep running happy ๐
