I started working with Emma Bailey 7 and half weeks ago, she has had 14 personal training sessions and lost 2 stone and 23 inches!
Emma has made realistic changes to her eating habits and lifestyle… now she’s at the stage where moderation can be brought back into her routine. 🙌🏻

Since January this year she has lost just shy of 8 stone and 46 inches (that’s over a metre)

4.7 stone lost and now running half marathons in just over 2 hours.
He started running 5k in 32:00 now 21:48 and 10k 1:10 now 46:00. He’s gone from strength to strength, it’s just so rewarding when you achieve what you thought was impossible!
Still think I’m 25… certainly don’t feel it 🥵
Grinding for those gains today… feeling guilty for that wine Friday night 😉
100kg deadlifts - 5 reps - 4 sets
Roll outs - 5 reps - 4 sets
Pull ups - 10kg added - 5/4/3/2 pyramid
Squat upright rows - 30kg - 10 reps - 4 sets
3 minutes recovery stretching and postural work

Barbell squat rows - x3 sets 30kg - 10 reps
Barbell military press - x3 sets 30kg - 10 reps
Barbell roll outs - x3 sets 10 reps
Run 2:00 sets between weights 8 minute mile pace. Postural stretches (recovery)
Ascending/ descending Pyramid
Lat pull down - 85kg/ 75/ 65/ 55
Dumbbell chest press - 25kg/ 30/ 35/ 40
Leg raises (abs) 10 reps x3 sets

Sheryl has lost 37 pounds (2.6 stone) 20 inches from her body and she’s just over half way through her 10 week weight loss programme!
Even with small gaps in her training whilst she travels the world with work didn’t stop her from following the plan and losing weight!

People ask me alll the time ‘have you always been fit’ the answer is no….
The first 15 year of my life I was carrying around 3-4 stone more than I should. Like all young people I loved to eat all the wrong stuff. When I turned 16 I started becoming more self conscious about my body and decided to make a change.
So, I bought some weights and literally started working out at home, creating my own exercise regimes partly inspired by magazines.
From then on I completely loved exercise and fitness, who knew it would take me on to pursuing personal training as my career…
To anyone out there of any age trust me you can make that change and who knows where it may take you! Back when I was 15 I never thought I would be torturing people for a living 😂
