Big focus last year was to bring the upper back up to speed with the quads

Tissue has definitely been added and now to make it even bigger in 2026

- Self Development -

Pushing yourself outside your comfort zone is where growth and self development happens

I’m in no way shape or form currently in running condition due to prepping for a deadlift PB at Christmas

Running 10 miles non stop at 128kg with near no prep was a massive mental battle but we got it done in one piece ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Great South Run Completed βœ…

Longest run to date ✌🏻✌🏻 now back to the deadlift PB prep πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Get strong and stable unilaterally and watch the back squats grow ✌🏻✌🏻

Split squat are not everyone’s favourite exercise but they help strengthen the quads, glutes and hip flexors whilst improving mobility

Work on range first then add weight and enjoy the PBs on bilateral squat work ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Sports Massage Client Win!!



Tasha messaged me last week with a hip injury that she was concerned about coming into today’s Eastleigh 10k race

I managed to get Tasha in for a last minute appointment on Friday for assessment and treatment with the aim of getting her as race ready as possible

Tasha did an amazing job of hitting her goal of a 1 hour 10k and PAIN FREE!! That gave her an 8 minute improvement on last year!! Massive win!!!

Our next appointment will be in 4 weeks time to carry on maintaining the body and freeing up some tight areas alongside her homework she can carry on with her awesome progress!!
