Hi everyone, just thought I'd re-introduce myself! 😊

This page was formally called 'New Habits Coaching'. Recently I have realised that fitness is more of a hobby and it is not something I want to pursue for the next phase of my life.

My name is Sasha, I currently live in the UK 🇬🇧

Some facts about me 💁🏼‍♀️

1. Nature and exploring is my favourite thing to do
2. I love cooking and baking (when i have the time haha!)
3. My favorite colour is blue, pink and purple
4. I became a mumma at 17
5. I am the only one in my family who’s awakaned and reconnected spiritually
6.Everything I do i do to the best of my ability
7. I am a super passionate person with many many interests such as; dancing, singing, reading, learning, physcology, art, and many more

I myself have been someone who was severly depressed, had chronic anxiety, substance addictions, childhood traumas, negative self talk as well as outlook on life, everything was just s**t and super negative. I was stuck in a loop of negativity and lacked purpose.

In 2020 I had my awakening. Since then I have completely transformed my life and my whole personality with it. Transforming my inner world, transformed my outer world 🐛🦋

Through practicing mindfulness, meditation, shadow work, chakra balancing, inner child healing, connecting back to god/source/universe and exercise, has completely transformed me!✨

It helped me remember who I am.

Since then, I know it is my calling to help others who are experiencing the same emotions/ feelings and feel like they're lost in life. Who may have childhood traumas and/ or emotions suppressed which are stopping them from becoming the best, most abundant version of themselves. 🙏🏼✨

I'm instead going to focus on being a guide for people to heal and transform, through mindfulness, spirituality & inner child healing - remembering who we are; we are spiritual beings having a human experience🧚‍♀️✨

My amazing clients 2 month check in 🤩

She is actually eating more and is losing weight!

She came to me after she been struggling with nutrition and didnt have any training program in place to follow.

Due to her under eating for so long her metabolism had to slow down! She had no to very little energy everyday. Not only was her body suffering but also her mental health!

Now she is eating 2000cal, training 4 times per week and is feeling best she felt in a long time! 🤩

❗️ULTRA-PROCESSED FOODS❗️

This is an important one a save & refer to when ever you need

These foods are one of MAIN cause of health problems, obesity, depression, skin acne, low energy.

This is because they have very little to zero nutritional value when eaten and are high calorie foods.

These days, there are sooooo many different types of foods that are highly processed and do nothing but worsen your health. This is because the more you eat, the unhealthier you become. The more health problems you develop, the more you go to doctors, the more they prescribe different/ multiple medications for you to take to 'treat' your condition.

The problem is they don't even consider looking at your lifestyle or your nutrition before prescribing medication.

Pharma is a multi- TRILLION $ industry.

❗️If your are healthy they do not profit❗️

You are what you eat.

If you eat crap day in day out, hardly drink any water only fizzy drinks, don't eat veg or fruit. Your diet consists of takeaways or ready meals everyday, bags of snacks in the evening. You are gonna feel and look like s**t, no energy, you'll have no confidence, you'll suffer with acne, eczema. You will most probably be on medication to 'treat' your conditions.

I say this because I been there. I looked and felt like it.

Now I’m not saying to completely cut out all of the foods above. If thats what you want to do & are committed then I applaud you 👏🏼

But lets be realistic. You will want to have a takeaway, an ice cream, or your favourite chocolate bar at some point, right? Ok. So, instead of COMPLETELY RESTRICTING, we can introduce a 80/20 lifestyle. 80% is whole, variety of nutritious foods, drinks water daily. And the 20% is for the little treat, snack, takeaway you fancy.

Its all about BALANCE.

and it first starts with awareness.

Once you're aware, it becomes a choice.

Then you either choose; to continue down the path that is ruining your health OR to make choices that BENEFIT your HEALTH AND WELLBEING

You WILL get your GLOW back, your CONFIDENCE and ENJOY LIFE & ENJOY FOOD - its just a process of re-learning all the s**t you've been conditioned to believe is fine.

and it starts with you WANTING TO!

Ill be sharing lots of different substitutes/ alternatives recipes you can make 👌🏼 as well as more information about these processed foods.

& lots of other health, fitness, mindfulness & spirituality related topics 🤍

Growing up I’ve always been tiny due to having a super high metabolism. I absolutely hated it. I just wanted to be a bit bigger/ curvier.

I had no confidence and I hated the way I looked. I always wore baggy clothes to cover up so you wouldn’t see how skinny I was🤦🏼‍♀️

Only way for me to grow & get bigger was to go gym and build muscle. So I did.

IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE EVER MADE!

I gained soooo much confidence, I can wear whatever I want and I feel and look fuxking amazing🤪

Fitness opened up soo much for me. It started my healing journey; learning about meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, just overall self-development & awareness, it made me want to be a better person💜

I know it may seem very daunting going gym when you’re new to it all, I have been there.

We were all beginners once. Whether your there to lose weight or to gain muscle, having a plan in place to help you achieve your goals will help massively. So when you go, you know exactly what you’re doing.

Which is something I didn’t have. I’d go and do random workouts which got some results, but very minimal.

With a plan, right training program and right nutrition you will reach your goals sooooo much quicker!

Last 3 years I have dedicated my time to learn, and educate myself on fitness, nutrition along side mindfulness.

I’m super excited to finally be able to help other women, who may have only just started or wanting to start their health journey but need some support, and guidance achieving their goals!
