We are at the end of the first quarter. It’s been a great start to the year. With lots of new faces joining the classes! Also our existing students achieving grading goals, with a great attitude to training overall.

Here’s what’s coming up in the second quarter!

Invite only, high grade red-stripe-black belt high grade panel grading-20th April. Final invites will be sent next week.

New Instructor course! We’re running the first stage of our new instructor course. At our training centre in west end Southampton. May 18th 2024. This is a great way to get involved in the instructor team! We’ve got some great new team members booked on already. If you’d like to join the instructor team contact us at [email protected]

We are also taking bookings for our sparring seminar in the summer. 13th July. Southampton.

Board Breaking event!

We will be running a board breaking seminar on the 4th November 2023

Board breaking is brilliant for building confidence. Also achieving goals you thought you couldn’t!

In a practical training sense, it really helps build power and accuracy.

We’d love you to be part of this day, which also comes with a demo for parents at the end. Parents will watch our end of session presentation.
