Just wanted to share these fab results from my loveeeely vegan client lara @mandarinqueen ! 5 weeks progress, 3kg down with 5cm off the waist! But the best bit is that her strength and endurance has improved loads from week 1 and shes noticed this in everyday activities!

One of my fave things when i met lara was that she told me straight up she was happy with how she looks and thats something i rarely hear in the fitness industry. #bodyconfidence right there! She simply wanted to be ready fitness wise for her honeymoon where she’l be doing some amazing trekking in Nepal, weightloss would just be a good side effect of the training! All achieved on a vegan diet too #plantpower !
