Busy but very exciting few weeks with Claudia out in Thailand this Summer 🇹🇭
We worked in lots of different schools and gymnastics clubs in and around Bangkok, delivering masterclasses to children of all ages, teacher and coach CPD sessions, assemblies, 1-1s and S&C sessions.

The time has come …
Gymnastics 2001-2023.
It’s been one hell of a first career! 🤸🏼♀️🇬🇧
To everyone who has played a part - big or small - I can’t say thank you enough. This sport has been everything to me for as long as I can remember. I never dreamt I could have achieved half- if not any- of the things that I have.
I would like to say the biggest thank you to all the people and organisations that have made it possible. Family and coaches who have sacrificed as much as me, to allow me the chance to go after the opportunities I’ve had. My support team, who there have been so many over the years - physios, doctors, national coaches - and so many more practitioners and individuals behind the scenes. My teammates, friends, sponsors, lecturers- the list goes on and on. In or out of the gym, the support I have had and the people who have been part of the process has been incredible.
Lots of emotion’s today but so much gratitude. The crazy day job will never quite look the same again, but what a journey it has been. Here’s to the next chapter ❤️🥹

The day will contain: Dance warm up and conditioning games, vault, bars, beam, rebound, Q&A session, pictures, signing, prizes - but most importantly - 3 hours of FUN!
*Location: Flics Gymnastics Club (WR4 9EL)
*Date: December 23rd (Saturday)
*Time: 9am-12pm

Last month I attended Girls Go Gold, the annual Girls School Association conference at The Abbey School, Reading.
It was such an honour to share my story of “Success, Setbacks and Resilience” to the 500 girls from 40 schools at one of the UKs largest celebrations of young women in sport.
So many incredible sportswomen who I was fortunate to keynote alongside, including Dame Katherine Grainger, Sarah Hunter, Zainab Alema, Louise Sugden CGMA PLY & Dame Denise Lewis. The day was also filled with so many amazing practitioners and women within the sports industry working to enhance women’s sport.
Very powerful event I am proud to have been a part of and which I hope will have a lasting impact of so many of the girls.

Get ready to be inspired by the incredible story of artistic GB gymnast Kelly Simm at our event, 'Success, Setbacks & Resilience: An Athlete’s Story'.
Kelly's unwavering determination shines through as she pursued and successfully earned both her undergraduate and master's degrees in Sports Science, all the while excelling on the international gymnastics stage.
Her accomplishments include an impressive collection of achievements: four Commonwealth Games medals across three consecutive events, a World Championship Bronze medal, and notable titles such as the British All-Around Champion. Notably, she also secured a historic World University Games All-Around title.
