We offer a range of support to people and athletes, from one-to-one sessions, small group sessions or can possibly offer full team conditioning where space and time allow.
We can produce full programs taking into consideration competitions and seasons for athletes or just simple plans on a week-by-week basis to achieve personal goals. This can be done at your home, at your sports club, at our gym or on any sports playing surface. We are based at Tottononians Rugby Club (next to Totton rec centre) with facilities that enable us to create a professional training environment and equipment for athletes.
